Scent of the Day: Eros Pour Femme by Versace Perfume Review

Versace Eros Pour Femme

Our scent of the day is a fragrance for the modern day seductress. As stated by Donatella Versace, “Eros is God of love and the goal of Eros Pour Femme campaign was to present that Eros was seduced and to suggest the strength of a woman.” Eros for men was a huge hit in the past couple of years, and Eros Pour Femme is sure to make a statement in the perfume industry as well. This is glamorous and sophisticated, dancing with woody-white florals and calming citruses. The first 5 minutes of the fragrance is a blast of sicilian lemon and pomegranate, with a dash of bergamot. It starts off refreshing and juicy until the heart begins to show. The heart is a white floral bouquet of peony, jasmine, and lemon blossom. The lemon blossom keeps the fragrance tangy and sparkling all of the way through. The base is full of sandalwood, musk, ambroxan, and woods. A fragrance for the warmer season with a sillage that is close the skin and a longevity of about 4-6 hours.

Eros Pour Femme is for a woman of strength and poise. A fragrance that is versatile and can make any woman shine in the light. This can be worn during any occasion and is guaranteed to still sparkle. A perfume that has all of the right features with fresh citruses, bouquets of white florals, and warm woody goodness. A perfume that smells of a goddess of the sorts and is a true delight. A great fume for a pick me up before work, brunch with the girls, or even a lounging pool side day. Eros Pour Femme is a compliment catcher and a fragrance that won’t be forgotten easily.
